We understand the excitement and eagerness surrounding your child’s participation this
upcoming season. To ensure a fair and organized process, we have implemented a waitlist
policy.
Here’s how it works:
● Purpose: When there are too many players on a team, individual playing time per player
decreases, which can limit skill development and overall enjoyment. By maintaining
optimal team sizes, you ensure a better experience for all players, fostering
development, teamwork, and enjoyment.
● Joining the Waitlist: If a division reaches its full capacity, you will have the option to add
your child to the waitlist. This requires providing your contact information so we can
notify you should a spot become available.
● Notification Process: If a spot opens due to a cancellation or an additional slot being
created, parents of waitlisted children will receive a notification via email.
● Responding to Spots: Once notified, you will have a 24-hour time frame to confirm your
child’s participation. If we do not hear back within this period, the available spot will be
offered to the next child on the waitlist.
● Free of Charge: There are no fees to join the waitlist. Payment is only required once a
spot is confirmed for your child.
● Priority and Fairness: Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, ensuring that
the process remains fair and transparent.
● Communication: We will keep you informed throughout and are always here to assist
with any questions or concerns you may have.
We also proactively work with neighboring communities to help fill teams and will do everything
possible to secure a spot for your child.
Your understanding and cooperation in this process help us ensure a smooth and enjoyable
experience for everyone involved. We appreciate your support and look forward to having your
