Midway Athletic Association Winter Basketball Season
The Midway Athletic Association offers a Winter season for basketball. To register, athletes must live within the Midway Elementary district.
Age Groups:
- Kindergarten & 1st Grade (K1 boys and girls play together (coed))
- 2nd & 3rd Grade (2/3 boys and girls play separately and have separate leagues)
- Little League Instructional: 4th Grade
- Little League: 5th & 6th Grade
- Junior League: 7th & 8th Grade (No Girl JL Leagues)
- Senior League: 9th,10th, & 11th Grade (No Girl SL Leagues)
Practices:
Practices are typically held at Midway’s gym for K1 and 2/3 ages and at OGMS for 4th grade and up.
Games:
Games for K1 and 2/3 ages are typically at Midway, Friendship, and Arcadia gyms. Games for 4th grade and up play at area middle and high schools (OGMS, NDMS, Ledford, Tyro, etc.).
